master race?

yes, there is one - of sorts.

it is the American.  the children of the world combining with each other to produce children of different heritage and race and then those children combining again.  it is the fundamental "melting pot" of America.  from the many races come uncounted different combination's and so a greater race that is not single but multiple and varied and expressed as "American".

is the typical American of a single race?  probably not.  technically i'm german and english and so of two different races.  a girl i went to high school with was of lithuanian and some other west european descent;  technically of two different races.  then there is president obama, half african and half white, though his mother could be the result of any number of "races", i don't know.

the american "race", if you can call it that, is superior in the world because it is a vast combination of all possibilities of all races from all places.

in the classic sense of the word "race" we are not one, we are many and in many combinations.  yet we stand out above the world precisely because of that.

there is no "master race".  hitler was totally wrong and in every conceivable way.  and yet there is the American.  not technically a race but the best of blends of all.

Juan, your political allies have left you flapping in the wind. your
head on a pike, so to speak. have you changed your viewpoint that
liberals have the best intentions for the country or the world? has the
obvious racism and elitism and politically correct silencing been
enough to assuage your idealism of the liberal movement? have you
discovered that it is all a lie yet?

you were pilloried for doing exactly what conservatives agree with: speaking your mind freely.

you are wrong about damn near everything politically in my opinion
but in this situation as described in this article i am 100% behind you.
i admit i always thought you were a fair minded person even if you
were a liberal true believer. you are among the liberals that can be
forgiven: the believers. npr are among those that cannot be forgiven:
the deceivers. those are the only two kinds of liberals. i hope you
have figured that out now.
